Meerhay Manor is an ancient Dorset manor house surrounded by aprox 40 acres of land. In 1984 we decided to farm the land with sheep. The wild and strange Isle of Portland had always intrigued me, so when I also discovered that the sheep from Portland were on category l of the Rare Breed Survival List, these were the natural choice.
