Allegra Taylor is the author of several books including the best-selling:

Allegra is a popular speaker and workshop leader at such venues as The Nfind, Body and Spirit Festival. She teaches courses in creative writing in England and in many parts of the world. She is a regular director and facilitator at Skyros, the holistic centre in Greece, Tobago and Thailand, at Cortijo Romero in Spain, Huzur Vadisi in Turkey, The Forum at Claremont in California, Ulpotha in Sri Lanka and, next year, in Bali.
Allegra. is co-director, with her husband, of ORPHEUS PRODUCTIONS an independent documentary film company. They live in London.
